All three introductory agency plans include 80, 160, or 275 appointments each billing month, depending on your plan. After your included credits, additional appointments cost $1.45 each. Bring your own interpreters, or request separately approved backup OPI/VRI coverage.
New-offer pricing requires acceptance and plan activation. Existing contracts, metering and Stripe checkout are unchanged until separately implemented.

No. Credits apply to software appointment processing, not interpreter labor, live calls, OPI/VRI minutes, travel or telecommunication fees. Optional backup interpreters are supplied only when approved and available, at separately agreed service rates.
Yes. Mainterpreter is designed for agencies managing their own approved interpreter network, clients, managers, scheduling, invoicing and reporting.
Growth includes an option to remove the Mainterpreter logo from designated portal branding after setup. White Label adds your agency name, logo, color identity and supported portal branding, subject to provisioning. These introductory branding entitlements require activation and verification before your workspace is delivered.
White Label has supported custom-domain, API and webhook capabilities subject to technical onboarding. Domain verification, implementation, data migration and outside-service charges may be quoted separately and included only when agreed in writing.
